As you think about MIND, remember what my father-in-law said, “If you don’t control your mind, it will control you.” The ancient Stoics believed the same thing, that man could control his thoughts of the world and his situations. In other words, you must win the mind game, and the good news is you CAN win the MIND game. You can control your mindset. You can control your thoughts.  

This book focuses on the MIND Method my wife, her father, and I have put in place. While it has been transformational for me, it is nothing complicated or crazy.
