CHOOSE YOUR BEST
A 4-STEP METHOD FOR BUILDING A RESILIENT LIFE
by Dr. Scott A. Peterson with Dr. Paul Rothwell
Choose Your Best is a story of resilience, renewal, and the power of choice.
In his journey through workplace issues, stage 3 cancer, and a major stroke, Scott Peterson discovered resilience is built one choice at a time every day.
"Let’s be honest, life can be hard. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’ve grown up, chances are that life has had its ugly moments."
We can't avoid hardship, but we can choose to respond in ways that bring healing and hope. From his recovery came the MIND Method, a framework for strengthening resilience and living with purpose. The reader is invited to confront personal challenges with courage and grit.
Choose Your Best is more than a book - it's a roadmap to finding value in every situation and circumstance. Even the darkest and most difficult moments present opportunities for insight, enlightenment, and growth.

Why I Wrote This Book
For many years, my life was smooth sailing. It wasn’t until I reached my forties that I encountered those dark days. While I wouldn’t wish those struggles or challenges on anyone, I’m grateful for what I’ve learned. That’s why I write. I want you to find the light, joy, and peace on the other side. I want you to walk through the fire and find your best self on the other side.
